I can't even begin to tell you how impressed we were with your handling of the estate sale of dear sister-in-law.   We have had many garage sales, plus we do antique shows so had planned to do the sale ourselves, but circumstances decided otherwise for us, so we contacted you.

You and your crew are amazing!!!!!   Your professionalism and efficiency were so welcome to me and my family.  We had worked for many hours sorting, etc. and were pretty tired so it was with relief that we handed it over to you.  We could not have done what you did with your crew and your advertising. 

On Friday night when we did a walk through there were 6 rooms plus the garage crammed full of stuff..all nicely displayed and marked.  After the sale there was just a smattering left.  I couldn't believe it and when you called me to tell me the amount of the check you were sending to us I was overwhelmed. 

I will be recommending you enthusiastically to the realtor and the estate attorney.

I’d like to thank Sarahlynn for handling my Estate Sale.  I have downsized into a condo and felt totally overwhelmed by all the stuff I had collected through the years.  Sarahlynn and her helper went through everything, somehow made sense of it, displayed and priced everything, had a successful sale and cleaned up everything.  They sold all of the larger items and much of the smaller stuff as well , even getting rid of a couple of things on Monday. Her crew hauled what was left to donate or to the dump.  

Sarahlynn was very easy to work with.  She was both professional and very nice.  She seemed to enjoy seeing what I had to sell and assured me it would be a good sale.  Her crew was hard working and left my house in order, and my garage empty and clean.  I received a check and complete accounting within 4 days. Sarahlynn of Sound Estate Management made it possible for me to move to a much smaller place. I could never have done it myself. I highly recommend her.

We cannot say enough good things to express our appreication of Sarahlynn and her crew. The level of professionalism, fairness, and warm personalities blended to make this seemingly difficult task one of total ease for us.

From set up to clean up, the sale went smoothly. We were truly able to walk away from the house knowing it was in great hands.

Our belongings were tagged and displayed in an attractive way, and by the end of the sale, all but two pieces were gone. Saralynn made arrangements for possible sale of those as well.

We wanted to thank Sarahlynn and her crew for the wonderful job they did on our estate sale.  We're downsizing our lives to retire to an RV.  We had so much stuff!  Sarahlynn and her crew came in and displayed everything so well and handled the sale so well that almost everything was sold.

Hello -

I went to the estate sale you handled in Graham this past weekend, a woman who had lots of Japanese things.
First of all I would like to commend you on the excellent management of the sale and also the fair prices. I have been to many estate sales where I have walked out after only a few minutes because everything was obviously overpriced.
I bought several things - furniture, dishes etc. and I am a Japanese History major and also lived in Japan for several years. That is why when I walked into the house I knew the quality and quantity of what was for sale!  I am hoping to get some history on the woman that I bought from. Would you be able to provide her name so that I can search her obituary and find out more about her? When I buy things from estate sales I like to trace some history if possible.
I hope to hear from you and in any case I will follow your website for other sales. Again, great job!

I enthusiastically recommend Sound Estate Management and, in particular, its owner; Sarahlynn Schenck.  She provided outstanding service in planning, preparing, advertising and conducting an estate sale on my behalf last weekend.  I could not be happier with the results.

Sarahlynn was the answer to a prayer.  I am in the process of moving to another state.  Since I no longer need most of my furniture and other household property, I decided that I would sell, donate or dispose of it.  But I had no idea how to begin and my moving date was fast approaching.  I felt like I was in a real pickle.

I found the Sound Estate Management website on Google and gave Sarahlynn a call.  She reassured me that she would take care of everything.  And she did.  After coming to my home and taking stock of what I had, she thoroughly researched the fair market price for each of the major items.  She made sensible recommendations as to which items ought to be sold at a moving sale, which could be sold on E-bay and which should be donated.  She thoroughly advertised the moving sale in the local papers and on the Internet.  Before the sale, she tagged and neatly rearranged the items to be sold in the garage and other rooms in the house.  She was extremely careful to separate those items I wanted to keep from those I wanted to sell.  I was particularly impressed with her pricing strategies.  She recommended prices that were neither too much nor too little.

She arrived at my home two hours before the sale to ensure that everything was ready.  At the appointed time, there were over two dozen people waiting for the sale to begin.  Over the next two days, many more people came by.  During the sale, she kept control of where customers could and could not go in my home.  At the end of the second day, most of my property had been sold and I was left with a manageable donation pile.  Sarahlynn also left me with a sizable check representing my share of the proceeds.  But she didn’t stop there, she has also arranged for a local charity to pick up those items that were left from the sale.
