• Items are U-Haul, U-Load.  Items must be picked up by Saturday @ 3pm.
• Items will go 50% off on Saturday at 12:00pm.
  
• We accept Cash.  Credit Cards can be accepted for orders over $100 and there is a $2 fee.
• Prices are firm, we do not negotiate.
• We host an auction prior our opening Saturday morning, and again prior to the half off sale at noon.
• We do not hand out numbers, we may limit the amount of people to enter the home for safety.
• Enter at your own risk.
